Mabel is home with Franny and Dale Novak of Minnesota. Mabel is a Dog meat trade survivor from Thailand and has been living in Wisconsin for the last 3 years. Unfortunately, she was no longer able to stay with her family.
This time she is home to stay and has already fit right in with her new pack. She has two K-9 siblings Abby and Bailey showing her the ropes of her new home. Mabel is in a family that has a lot of love to give and her life will be filled with fun adventures and pampering. So happy for Mabel and her new family.
Thank you to Patarin Phadungsiputh for rescuing this sweet girl. I know your rescued babies never leave your heart. Mabel will be forever grateful for all you have done for her.

Mabel is an extremely kind hearted and loveable dog. She loves human attention and loves to give kisses whenever she can get close enough. She is full of energy and would do best with a family that had a fenced in yard so she would have plenty of room to run. She does well with other dogs and also well with kids, although would probably do best in a family with older children just because she has so much energy and sometimes doesn’t realize when she is being too rambunctious.
Because Mabel had to fight for food at a very young age, she is still territorial during meal time and has to be fed separate from other dogs at every feeding.
Mabel has been with a family for the past 3 years but since they now have a new baby they don’t believe they can manage both.
