GREAT NEWS… Penny aka Khir is HOME!!

Khir was rescued from the streets of New Delhi, India. A day after arriving into Chicago she found her family – Tom Segal and Rochelle of Chicago IL. That’s right little Miss Penny is now a city girl living in the trendy Lincoln Park area. Her new family is looking forward to visits to the dog parks, long walks and lots of fun adventures together. A lifetime of happiness awaits Penny – thanks to the tireless efforts of Dr Choudhary, Sonia and Dieter Heller. Another life has been saved.

Thank you Tom and Rochelle for opening your hearts and home to this sweet dog. She will be forever grateful as are we.

Khir’ rescue story: I think Khir was adopted by some family thinking the she is a Labrador and as soon as she grew up,she started looking like a desi puppy and they left her on the road and she was hit by a car as she had no traffic sense. It happened in our street so there was no choice but to rescue and help this cutie.

Khir is a very positive, playful and joyful girl. She is kisser and loves to greet every visitor with a hug.
