SNICKERS IS HOME.
Snickers has joined Ashley and Chester Johnson and their three lovely children of Chicago, IL. Ashley adopted Snickers brother and sister Frodo and Gilli. It was a bittersweet reunion as all three siblings were reunited just before Gilli passed away of kidney disease. Snickers is helping to fill the void left by the tragic early death of their beloved girl Gilli. Frodo now has another sibling to play with although Gilli will never be replaced. Ashley has told me that Gilli was very kind to Snickers and that she was happy the two could be reunited before Gilli crossed over the rainbow bridge

Snicker’s rescue
Snickers is a rescue from New Delhi, India. She and her five siblings were
born on a busy bus stop in India. Her mom died shortly after giving birth to
them. Fortunately, some kind passersby took them to the local shelter. From
there, to a loving foster home next day where they gained health and grew up
to be beautiful pups. They all came to US when they were 4 months old. Thanks
to ISDF and New Delhi rescue team. All of them are American citizens now.
About Snickers
Snickers is a 2 year old girl, looking for a caring and compassionate home.
She is a very sweet natured girl and fully crate trained, wonderful with kids
and loves her family. She can be shy at times with strangers but warms up
quickly with proper introduction. She loves to give kisses, loves to run and
play in the yard. Her current family has 5 cats and the family has had issues
integrating them. They are heart broken but feels its in Snickers best
interest to find a new home.
Snickers is an empathic snuggle-bear! She’s that rare sort of pooch who is
so thoughtful, and cares so much about how others feel, that she could easily
become one of the most important ‘people’ in your life. This dog loves
absolutely everyone in her family. Well, except cats.
