Recently ISDF has partnered with a number of rescuers from Istanbul, Turkey to assist in finding homes for many of the abandoned dogs living in Istanbul or the nearby forest. As in many countries around the world street dogs are a way of life and few avenues exist in the country to place the dogs in loving homes. Often times the only hope is oversees adoption.
